mehrere Muskeln zusammenspielen müssen, vorwiegend mit Eigengewicht und Kleingeräten. Wir machen variantenreiche Squats, Push-ups und Planks, sowie Kombinationen. In den letzten 30 min der Einheit: Stretching und Faszientraining mit Blackroll und Bällen. Geeignet für Anfänger*innen und Fortgeschrittene und perfekt für alle, die viel sitzen!
